Anti-Spam Policy

IngredienPro is a B2B food-ingredient sourcing platform operated by IngredienPro India Private Limited, Coimbatore, India. We communicate only with businesses in the food and ingredient industry. We prohibit the sending of unsolicited bulk email, and we prohibit advertising our website or any of our domains through spam — by our own staff, by any tool or service we use, or by any third party acting on our behalf.
1. What we prohibit
- Sending bulk email to consumers or to personal (non-business) addresses.
- Using lists that were harvested, scraped from websites, or obtained without a lawful business basis.
- Sending to anyone who has opted out, unsubscribed, or asked not to be contacted.
- Misleading subject lines, false sender names, forged headers, or hiding who the message is from.
- Using our name or domains in email sent by affiliates, resellers or partners without our written approval.
2. How we send business email
- Business recipients only: messages go only to professional contacts at companies that make, buy, sell or distribute food ingredients, and the content is relevant to their role.
- Clear identity: every message identifies IngredienPro as the sender and includes a real reply address monitored by our team.
- Easy opt-out: every message includes a simple way to opt out — a one-click unsubscribe link or a reply. Opt-outs are honoured promptly and applied across all our sending domains and mailboxes, not just the one that sent the message.
- Limited volume: we cap daily sending per mailbox and limit follow-ups, and we stop contacting anyone who does not engage.
- Authenticated mail: our sending domains publish SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so recipients can verify that mail genuinely comes from us.
- List hygiene: contact lists are verified before use, and invalid or bouncing addresses are removed.

4. Opt out or report a message
If you received a message from us that you did not want, or you believe it breaks this policy:
- Click the unsubscribe link in the message, or reply with "unsubscribe"; or
- Email Gokul@joiningredienpro.com with the full message headers. We will stop all contact and investigate within 2 business days.
5. Enforcement
Any employee, contractor or partner found sending unsolicited email that advertises IngredienPro will have their sending access withdrawn immediately. Partners and service providers who break this policy will have their agreement terminated. We cooperate with blocklist operators, mailbox providers and abuse desks to resolve any report.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
